Compering an Award Night is extremely crucial in an Emcee's profile. So, when I was chosen for this prestigious event, I was truly humbled.
This job required me to not just announce the award winners but also give the audience the entire citation of the awardees. This had to be quick, precise and yet maintain a rhythm.
Very importantly, when everyone in the world thinks they can do your job better, let me tell you- this pace is acquired only and only by experience.
However, I cannot entirely take the credit for this to be a succesful and memorable event.
